Welcome Back to School
While transitions like returning to campus, starting a new grade, or being introduced into a new school may be difficult and sometimes scary for children, GSN aims to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone in the community. As students walk into the gate, every child is welcomed with greetings and smiles, which helps to set a positive tone for their day. Grade 11 homeroom teacher, Mr. Habib Ulhaq, admits “Being at Georgia never feels like work”. Having a teaching team of content and prepared teachers is what creates such a special atmosphere on campus every day.
On Monday Georgia set sail into the 2021/2022 school year! It is always a joy to see students after the summer holiday! While some of our youngest students, joining us in PreK-3, found it somewhat difficult to say goodbye to their parents on day 1, by day 3 most were eager to get to school, see their teachers and their friends. Our primary and secondary students are finding their ways within their new grade levels and already we can see new levels of maturity and focus emerging. On behalf of the Georgia School Faculty and Staff, welcome to the new school year! - Mr. Cavon Ahangarzadeh, GSN’s Head of School
