What to do before and after typhoons?

Zhejiang Province Meteorological Observatory issued a blue typhoon warning for the whole country on Thursday as eastern provinces prepared to be hit over the weekend.  Typhoon In-Fa was expected to make landfall in the coastal areas of east China’s Zhejiang and Fujian provinces on the night of Saturday to Sunday.
